This refund policy applies to the following services:

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The project has already started (e.g., design mockups have been sent or development has begun)

  • One or more project stages have been approved by the client

  • The client cancels without a valid reason after work has started

  • Delays are caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, slow responses, or no communication)


⏳ 3. Cancellation Before Project Start

If the client requests to cancel before the project has started, a full refund minus administrative fees (5% to 10%) may be issued. These fees cover transaction and processing costs.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment and before any actual work on the project has begun.
