At Nord View, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services tailored to each client’s needs. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund request. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
This refund policy applies to the following services:
Business/Portfolio Website Design (Showcase Website)
E-commerce Website Development
Website Redesign Services
Website Maintenance and Technical Support
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
The project has already started (e.g., design mockups have been sent or development has begun)
One or more project stages have been approved by the client
The client cancels without a valid reason after work has started
Delays are caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, slow responses, or no communication)
If the client requests to cancel before the project has started, a full refund minus administrative fees (5% to 10%) may be issued. These fees cover transaction and processing costs.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment and before any actual work on the project has begun.
Partial or full refunds may be considered in exceptional situations, such as:
Billing errors
Technical inability to complete the service
Failure to deliver the service as agreed (subject to review and evidence)
